About Us
Built With Purpose. Finished With Pride.
Every home we build is one we'd be proud to live in ourselves.
Our Story
16 Years of Crafting Exceptional Homes
Homes by Hecht was founded on a simple but powerful idea: build homes the right way, with no shortcuts, no compromises, and no outside clients to answer to. By developing every project entirely for ourselves, we maintain complete creative and construction control from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Over the past 16 years, we have built a reputation in Coastal Orange County for delivering homes that are thoughtfully designed, meticulously constructed, and finished to a standard that speaks for itself. Each project reflects our personal investment — because when we put our name on a home, we mean it.
Our Philosophy
No Outside Clients
We design and build exclusively for ourselves, then bring the finished home to market. This means every decision is made with long-term quality in mind — not to satisfy a client's budget or timeline.
Complete Creative Control
From architecture to interior finishes, every detail is curated in-house. We select materials, fixtures, and layouts that stand the test of time and reflect genuine craftsmanship.
Personal Accountability
We stand fully behind every home we deliver. Our reputation is built project by project, and we treat each one as if our family were moving in.
